Nothing says Old Timey Christmas more than claymation and this now classic video clip has that in droves. First shown on Saturday Nighjt Live, Christmas Time for the Jews is a vignette of modern American Jewish life with it’s traditions bastardized by the vagaries of Diaspora life – Chinese food on Christmas eve because that was all that was open. Of course now, depending on where you live, there are endless options for a Jewy X-Mas, but it’s still nice to see how it used to be.
