This Jewish Food Video Doesn’t Suck

The nice people at Unpacked Media released a Jewish Food video that very nicely acknowledged the existence of Jewish food that did not originate in Europe. This is a good thing, and is more and more becoming the norm because, well… middle eastern Jewish food is waaaaay tastier than food originating from the impoverished and oppressed ghettos and shtetls of the Pale. 

But seriously, its a good clip and includes foods that I have otherwise never heard of and am having a hard time pronouncing. But it all looks delicious! And included in the video description is a link to a resource page with recipes. That’s a little exciting, I’m not going to lie.
