This is Hamburger Hummus‘s gay episode. It’s a bit over the top but I think the point is that Tel Aviv is a gay mecca and all the waiters and patrons in fancy restaurants there are gay. That’s not exactly true – There are in fact some straight people living in Tel Aviv and bathroom hookups are not all that common.
